I was working with another realtor who did nothing more than get me in to see houses I found. Laura was the complete opposite. And in a tight market, in which I put in 5 offers, she always reassured me that we would find the right one. We sure did and it was all due to her effort, knowledge, and calming personality. I was able to concentrate on the personal aspects of how a home would suit my needs, while Laura handled all the business details - mortgage preparation, inspections, contractor communications, answers to tax questions, closing arrangements, etc. Very satisfied customer, now living in a new house that is convenient to places I need to be, welcoming to guests I like to host, and a treasured home to my extended family.

She guided us through every step along the way, was super patient and responsive with us (answering many texts and calls), and made sure we understood and were comfortable with the whole process. Our house was under contract in less than 24 hours after going on the market. And she made sure that we got the house of our dreams! We had a tight timeline between having to leave our old house and move into the new one. Laura was on top of everything, and made sure there were no complications or last minute surprises that would interfere with this schedule. Bottom line - things couldn't have gone any smoother!
